As the name suggests, this class is a METCON style class, combining functional strength training with cardiovascular conditioning to increase your overall fitness levels. Full Body METCON will target the full body, working on all components of fitness, from muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and body composition to more skill related components like speed, power, agility, balance, coordination and reaction time. A fun, sweaty, calorie-burning class that will have you using a broad range of equipment, from barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, free weights, resistance bands, cardio machines and body weight exercises in a variety of formats! (e.g. AMRAP, EMOM, Circuit) Programmed in 4 week blocks to ensure progression in regular attendees, this class is ideal for those seeking general physical health benefits and improved athletic performance alike. All of our classes are modifiable. We can help you adapt the workout to suit you and your needs. We love to help, so please don't hesitate to ask!


Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 1 hours is required for any cancellations. The cancelled session can be rescheduled for another available time within 2 weeks of cancellation. If cancellation is received under the 1 hour period, the client will pay in full for the missed session. Please contact us for help with rescheduling.
