The Glutes and Core muscles serve many important roles within the structure and performance of the body. From improving posture, stabilizing the pelvis and spine, alleviating lower back, hip and knee pain, enhancing athletic performance and reducing bone density loss, these powerhouse muscles deserve a class of their own! All of our classes are modifiable. We can help you adapt the workout to suit you and your needs. We love to help, so please don't hesitate to ask!
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 1 hours is required for any cancellations. The cancelled session can be rescheduled for another available time within 2 weeks of cancellation. If cancellation is received under the 1 hour period, the client will pay in full for the missed session. Please contact us for help with rescheduling.
