HYBRID offers the ideal blend of high and low-intensity cardiovascular training combined with strength-building exercises. With classes dedicated to Lower Body or Upper Body workouts throughout the week, participants can focus on strengthening key muscle groups while learning proper form, posture, and the purpose of various functional exercises. To maximise results, strength and cardio components are kept separate, allowing each to be emphasised fully. Programmed in 4-week cycles, HYBRID ensures steady progression for regular participants and is suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced athletes. Weights are easily adjustable to fit individual needs, and clear demonstrations and expert supervision ensure safe and confident progress for all participants. Join us for a fun, supportive class atmosphere as you work toward your fitness and strength goals! All of our classes are modifiable. We can help you adapt the workout to suit you and your needs. Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled by the participant prior to the commencement of the class. No refund or credit will be issued after this time.
