HYBRID is the perfect combination high to low intensity cardiovascular training and strength training. Broken up into Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body focused classes throughout the week, allows participants to concentrate on building strength in these areas while gaining knowledge and skills around correct form, posture, functionality and purpose of many common functional exercises. The strength and cardio elements of these classes are kept separate to ensure that both are given maximum focus. HYBRID is perfect for beginners through to seasoned athletes as weights are easily adjusted to suit the individual and thorough exercise demonstrations and supervision allow everyone to progress confidently and safely. Expect a fun and encouraging class environment, while you work on your strength and fitness goals! All of our classes are modifiable. We can help you adapt the workout to suit you and your needs. We love to help, so please don't hesitate to ask!
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 1 hours is required for any cancellations. The cancelled session can be rescheduled for another available time within 2 weeks of cancellation. If cancellation is received under the 1 hour period, the client will pay in full for the missed session. Please contact us for help with rescheduling.
