This class targets the entire body, working on every aspect of fitness—from muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, to skill-based elements like speed, power, agility, balance, coordination, and reaction time. Expect a fun, intense, and calorie-burning workout that incorporates a wide range of functional equipment, in a variety of formats like AMRAP, EMOM, TABATA and Circuit training. Programmed in 4-week cycles, METCON ensures steady progression for regular participants. Whether you're aiming to improve your overall health or boost athletic performance, this class is perfect for anyone looking to elevate their fitness levels in a challenging, supportive environment.
