Move Embrace – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Move Embrace. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Move Embrace. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms, which replace any previous agreements. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country to participate in our services.
Minimum Commitment

Online Coaching

Premium Online Coaching has a minimum 12-week commitment.

An upfront payment is required before commencement.
-
If you cancel during the commitment period, you are still required to pay the full 12 weeks.
Nutrition-Only Coaching – minimum 8-week commitment.
Training Subscription – minimum 4-week commitment.

At the end of the commitment period, your contract will either automatically end or you may choose to renew.
Face-to-Face Personal Training

No minimum commitment period applies.

Clients must still follow the cancellation policy outlined below.
Payment of Services

All payments are processed via Stripe or Pay Pal.
-
A 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee may apply.
Payment options:
-
Online Coaching: upfront or weekly direct debit.
-
Personal Training: Direct deposit, EFTPOS, or cash accepted.
Payment issues:
-
If a payment fails, you must make it up promptly to continue your service.

Dishonour fees may apply, and services may be paused until payment is received.
-
You must notify Move Embrace of any changes to your bank details or payment method.
Pricing changes:

Move Embrace may adjust fees after your minimum term.
-
You will be given at least 14 days’ notice in writing before any change takes effect.
Refunds are not available.

Cancellation of Services
​
Online Coaching

Within the minimum term: you must pay the full commitment.

After the minimum term: 14 days written notice is required to cancel.

Extenuating circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Move Embrace.
Personal Training (Face-to-Face)

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be forfeited unless a reschedule is possible.

Pause Periods

Services may be paused for up to 4 weeks per year.

At least 7 days’ written notice is required.
-
Program access and app use may be suspended during this period.
Medical Disclaimer

Clients must complete a PAR-Q form prior to training.

Pre-existing medical conditions may require medical clearance from a doctor.
-
You accept full responsibility for your health and safety while training.
-
Move Embrace provides fitness and nutrition guidance only – not medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis.
Liability

Participation in services is at your own risk.
-
Move Embrace accepts no liability for injury, illness, or adverse outcomes.

Results are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort and adherence.

Service Terms

Communication

Respectful communication is expected at all times.
-
Abuse, defamation, or derogatory comments will result in immediate termination of services.
Online Check-Ins

Check-ins must be completed on time. Late or missed check-ins may not be rescheduled.

Missed check-in calls without 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
Intellectual Property

All programs, e-books, guides, and materials remain the property of Move Embrace.
-
Sharing, copying, or distributing these without permission is prohibited and will result in termination of services.

Photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes with your consent.
Personal Information
-
Your personal information will be kept secure and confidential.
-
By signing up, you consent to being added to the Move Embrace mailing list.

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining terms still apply.
